2. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you accept these terms.

3. Account

• You must be at least 13 years old
• One account per person
• Keep your password secure
• You're responsible for activity on your account

4. Your content

• You own your photos and data
• We only use them to provide the service
• You grant us a license to process your content for app functionality

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Share inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the app
• Spam or abuse the service
• Impersonate others
• Circumvent subscription limits
• Upload harmful content

6. Subscription & payments

6.1 Free tier

The free version includes:

• 3 AI analyses per month
• Basic features

Free forever, no payment required.

6.2 Pro subscription

Pro includes:

• Unlimited AI analyses
• All premium features
• 3-day free trial

6.3 Trial period

Pro subscription includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial, automatic billing begins.

6.4 Pricing

• Monthly: $2.99 / month
• Yearly: $19.99 / year (45% savings)

Prices include applicable taxes.

6.5 Auto-renewal

Subscription auto-renews at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Billing is handled by Apple (App Store).

6.6 Cancellation

Cancel anytime via: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tidy Nook AI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

6.7 Subscription management

All subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Standard EULA.

7. AI analysis disclaimer

• Suggestions are recommendations only
• AI may occasionally be inaccurate
• You are responsible for your decisions
• Not professional organizing or cleaning advice

8. Intellectual property

• We own the app, design, and content
• You own your uploaded content
• Don't copy or redistribute our materials

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability shall not exceed $50 or the amount paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.

11. Apple's role

This is an Apple-licensed application. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

12. EU consumer rights

EU users retain rights under:

• Directive 2019/770 (Digital Content)
• 14-day withdrawal right
• EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. California consumer rights

California residents retain CCPA / CPRA rights as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Subscription agreement

By purchasing a subscription, you confirm you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including:

• Subscription terms, pricing, and auto-renewal
• Cancellation and refund policy
• Liability limitations
• Israeli jurisdiction

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are resolved exclusively in Tel Aviv-Yafo District Court, Israel.

EU and California residents retain mandatory consumer protection rights under local laws.

17. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect.

18. Entire agreement

These terms are the complete agreement between you and us.
